About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer service through in-person branch transactions and inbound calls
- Support product applications through digital sales and educate customers on digital banking services
- Handle customer queries across various channels including online and telephone
- Act as a gateway to protecting and looking after customers within the branch team
Requirements
- Ability to commute to the St Albans branch within 45 minutes
- Comfortable using digital tools and applications
- Strong communication skills and a desire to make a difference for customers
- Ability to work full-time (35 hours per week), Monday to Saturday
