About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class customer service through in-person branch transactions and inbound calls
  • Support product applications through digital sales and educate customers on digital banking services
  • Handle customer queries across various channels including online and telephone
  • Act as a front-line representative to protect and look after our members

Requirements

  • Ability to commute to the Brixton branch within 45 minutes
  • Comfortable using digital tools and applications
  • A customer-first mindset with a desire to make a positive difference
  • Ability to work full-time (35 hours per week), Monday to Saturday
