  • Handle inbound telephone enquiries, specifically supporting savings and everyday banking lines
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers across multiple service channels
  • Solve customer queries and navigate banking regulations to provide expert guidance
  • Educate customers on digital services and easier ways to bank

Requirements

  • Ability to commute to the East Grinstead branch within 45 minutes
  • Comfortable using digital tools and banking applications
  • Ability to handle inbound telephone calls in a fast-paced environment
  • A customer-first mindset with a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
