Responsibilities
- Support customers through in-person branch transactions and digital banking guidance
- Handle inbound telephone enquiries, specifically supporting savings and everyday banking lines
- Build meaningful relationships with customers across multiple service channels
- Solve customer queries and navigate banking regulations to provide expert guidance
- Educate customers on digital services and easier ways to bank
Requirements
- Ability to commute to the East Grinstead branch within 45 minutes
- Comfortable using digital tools and banking applications
- Ability to handle inbound telephone calls in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-first mindset with a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
