About the role
Responsibilities
- Support customers through in-person branch transactions and telephone enquiries
- Provide guidance on digital banking tools and online services
- Handle inbound calls on the savings line and provide banking support
- Build meaningful relationships with customers across various communication channels
- Solve customer queries and navigate banking and savings regulations
Requirements
- Ability to commute to the Trowbridge branch within 45 minutes
- Comfortable using digital tools and applications
- Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers
- Commitment to completing the initial 3-week training period without scheduled holidays
