About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer service through in-person branch transactions and inbound calls
- Support product applications through digital sales and educate customers on digital banking services
- Handle customer queries across various channels, including online and telephone
- Act as a front-line representative to protect and support members of the society
- Work collaboratively within a branch team to ensure excellent customer outcomes
Requirements
- Ability to commute to the Bexleyheath branch within 45 minutes
- Comfortable using digital tools and mobile applications
- A customer-first mindset with a desire to make a positive difference
- Willingness to provide occasional cover at the nearby Dartford branch
