About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers into the branch and understand their banking needs
  • Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately
  • Guide customers through appropriate banking products and services
  • Work closely with colleagues in a busy branch environment
  • Follow processes and escalate concerns to protect customers and the company

Requirements

  • Experience or passion for working in customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong people skills with patience and empathy
  • Digitally savvy and comfortable using technology
  • Clear and natural communication skills
  • Ability to commute to West Malling, Kent within 45 minutes
