Customer Representative

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the Brighton branch and provide friendly, trusted assistance with their banking needs
• Handle a variety of transactions and queries accurately while maintaining security and fairness
• Guide customers through banking products, services, and digital tools to help them manage money confidently
• Work collaboratively within a busy branch team to deliver excellent service during peak times
• Follow internal processes and escalate concerns to protect both customers and the organization

Requirements

• Ability to commute to the Brighton – West Street branch within 45 minutes
• Strong people skills with the ability to show patience and empathy to customers
• Digitally savvy and comfortable using technology to guide customers through digital services
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
• Excellent communication skills for interacting face-to-face, over the phone, and via digital channels
