Customer Representative

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and provide friendly, trusted assistance with their banking needs
• Handle a variety of transactions and queries accurately while maintaining security and fairness
• Guide customers through appropriate banking products, services, and digital tools
• Work collaboratively within a busy branch team to deliver excellent service during peak times
• Follow established processes and escalate concerns to protect both customers and the company

Requirements

• Ability to commute to the Guildford branch within 45 minutes
• Strong people skills with the ability to show patience and empathy
• Digitally savvy and comfortable guiding others through technology
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong communication skills for face-to-face, phone, and digital interactions
