Customer Representative

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and provide friendly, trusted assistance with their banking needs
• Handle a variety of transactions and queries accurately while maintaining security and fairness
• Guide customers through appropriate banking products and digital tools to help them manage money confidently
• Work collaboratively within a busy branch environment to deliver excellent service during peak times
• Follow established processes and escalate concerns to protect both customers and the organization

Requirements

• A genuine passion for customer service and helping people
• Digitally savvy with the confidence to guide others through online and mobile banking tools
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact naturally face-to-face and over the phone
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
• Must live within a 45-minute commute of Liverpool or Old Swan
