Customer Relationship Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor customer satisfaction to drive point-of-sale revenue
• Welcome and identify customer needs through physical, telephone, and omnichannel channels
• Connect customers with relevant internal experts to ensure their needs are met
• Maintain, update, and enrich the customer database to ensure data quality and reliability
• Execute the onboarding process for new customers and drive service activation rates
• Collaborate with various sales departments to share best practices and individual initiatives

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac +2 degree or equivalent university level qualification
• Seeking an apprenticeship/work-study program in the distribution or commerce sector
• Strong orientation toward customer service and relationship management
• Proficiency in using IT and digital tools
• Interest in gastronomy and the food service industry
