Customer Relationship Officer

Responsibilities

• Handle B2B customer requests via telephone and implement vehicle fleet management contracts
• Plan technician interventions for pneumatic services within your assigned perimeter
• Manage billing for maintenance contracts and breakdowns, including invoice issuance and bank reconciliations
• Ensure the implementation of the company's commercial policy
• Coordinate the operational and administrative management of technical interventions to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• BAC+2 level education
• Proven experience in customer relations
• Proficiency in using digital tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team
• Experience in logistics or transport is preferred
