About the role
Responsibilities
- Follow company processes and communicate project progress to clients
- Collect and prepare project-related documentation for smooth execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
- Manage and track client payments to ensure timely recovery
- Collaborate with Sales, Projects, and Accounts teams for seamless payment processing
- Prepare client-facing content including emails, reports, and documents
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CRM with a focus on client management and payment recovery
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a client-handling role with a track record of exceptional service
