About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal setup, maintenance, and adoption of CRM and digital execution platforms across Latin America North.
- Maintain data hygiene through bulk uploads, duplicate cleaning, and customer profile updates.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the sales force regarding CRM access and troubleshooting.
- Generate reports and dashboards to help managers visualize team performance.
- Support digital campaign execution, including mass email configuration and digital material distribution.
- Monitor and consolidate KPIs such as open rates, click rates, and virtual event attendance.
- Create user support materials, including manuals and quick-start guides, to facilitate tool adoption.
- Assist in onboarding new hires on company digital platforms.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in CRM administration, digital operations, or commercial operations.
- Hands-on experience administering CRM platforms such as Veeva or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva Engage/CLM, or Adobe).
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal, written, and listening).
- Understanding of data governance, taxonomy, segmentation, and omnichannel customer journeys.
- Ability to manage multiple markets and work effectively in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong project management abilities and stakeholder management skills.
