Customer Relationship Liaison

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for specific accounts to handle customer needs and complaints.
• Consult with clients and referral sources regarding products and necessary medical equipment.
• Manage all follow-up functions, including documentation collection, order entry, and transaction oversight.
• Contact patients to confirm orders and communicate financial obligations prior to scheduling.
• Identify and develop strategic relationships within institutions to enhance patient care.
• Troubleshoot issues with medical groups and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Perform timely follow-up on renewal authorizations, prescriptions, and outstanding documentation to maintain reimbursement.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• At least 2 years of related professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Basic mathematical proficiency with the ability to interpret spreadsheet data.
• Problem-solving skills and strong business acumen.
