Customer Relationship Liaison

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for specific accounts and patients to ensure they have necessary medical equipment.
• Respond to customer needs, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
• Consult with clients and referral sources regarding products and required equipment.
• Manage all follow-up functions, including obtaining documentation for orders, service scheduling, and billing.
• Coordinate patient services with physicians and medical groups to enhance patient care.
• Set up and deliver home healthcare products and services using a personally owned vehicle (POV).
• Instruct patients on the basic use of respiratory, durable medical, and oxygen equipment.
• Proactively resolve issues by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of hire.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to operate a personally owned vehicle (POV) for job functions.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
