About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate auditor schedules and manage client requests
- Identify jobs due for surveillance and ensure scheduling and invoicing
- Manage documentation and approvals for technical experts and subcontractors
- Schedule auditor assignments for initial audits, surveillance, and renewals
- Arrange logistics including access passes, ferry tickets, visas, and transport
- Update auditor information and schedules on CertIQ
- Provide monthly reports on overdue schedules, concessions, and suspension reports
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Management or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of administration experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and produce accurate monthly reports
