About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate auditor schedules and manage client requests
  • Identify jobs due for surveillance and ensure scheduling and invoicing
  • Manage documentation and approvals for technical experts and subcontractors
  • Schedule auditor assignments for initial audits, surveillance, and renewals
  • Arrange logistics including access passes, ferry tickets, visas, and transport
  • Update auditor information and schedules on CertIQ
  • Provide monthly reports on overdue schedules, concessions, and suspension reports

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Management or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of administration experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and produce accurate monthly reports
