About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service and manage enquiries via phone and email
- Prepare and provide accurate quotations to customers
- Promote and sell SGS services to existing and prospective clients
- Maintain and update customer databases and information accurately
- Coordinate equipment deliveries, collections, and on-site calibration schedules
- Follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) and issue Delivery Orders (DOs)
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or business development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and the local language
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a testing, inspection, certification, calibration, or technical services environment
