Customer Relationship Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined book of existing agency-led accounts to support revenue retention and growth
• Drive consistent platform usage and facilitate data adoption for clients
• Own day-to-day client communication, request management, and campaign execution
• Execute audience proposals in partnership with the Data Desk and provide platform troubleshooting
• Maintain SFDC data integrity, contract accuracy, and follow-through on delivery commitments
• Prepare materials and insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and client meetings
• Identify incremental upsell opportunities and flag renewal risks or threats early

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, new business development, or client relationship management
• Experience in digital advertising, audience data, AdTech, or media sales
• Proficiency in SFDC with a focus on data accuracy and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize requests effectively in a fast-paced environment
