Responsibilities
- Proactively follow up with customers in the first months after sale to ensure successful activation and product adoption
- Handle calls, emails, and chats with efficient and empathetic resolution
- Identify at-risk customers based on low usage or inactivity and act preventively
- Contact customers with growth potential to support the adoption of relevant products and features
- Manage complaints effectively and escalate to other teams when necessary
- Maintain updated and organized records in internal systems
- Identify patterns to contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Previous experience in customer support, retention, sales, or similar roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an organized manner
- Commercial mindset and results orientation
