Customer Relations & Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for French and English-speaking customers via email, phone, and social media
• Deliver personalized and engaging service to resolve questions, concerns, and order issues
• Identify and act on sales opportunities by recommending products tailored to customer needs
• Maintain high quality and productivity standards in line with company KPIs
• Represent the Rituals brand by providing empathetic and solution-oriented support

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in French and C1–C2 level proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Availability for at least 24 hours per week with flexibility for various shifts and weekends
• MBO, HBO, or completed college degree
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic and professional approach
• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales
• Interest in premium retail, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands
