About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for Dutch and English-speaking customers via email, phone, and social media
- Provide personalized and engaging service to resolve questions, concerns, and order issues
- Identify and act on natural sales opportunities by recommending relevant products
- Maintain high quality and productivity standards in line with company KPIs
- Represent the Rituals brand by turning everyday routines into meaningful moments for customers
Requirements
- Native-level Dutch and C1–C2 level English (written and spoken)
- Availability for at least 24 hours per week with flexibility for shifts and weekends
- MBO, HBO, or completed college degree
- Strong customer-first mindset and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and empathetic listening skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales
- Interest in premium retail, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands
