Responsibilities

• Organize and monitor customer satisfaction to develop revenue for Halles METRO
• Welcome and identify customer needs via physical, telephone, and omnichannel channels
• Connect customers with relevant internal experts to ensure their needs are met
• Maintain and enrich the customer database to ensure data quality and reliability
• Manage the onboarding process for new customers and drive service activation rates
• Advise customers on appropriate equipment and perform product demonstrations

Requirements

• Experience in customer relations and service sales
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and drive for results
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Ability to work in a physical environment involving heavy loads and cold temperatures
