About the role

Responsibilities

  • Organize and monitor customer satisfaction to develop Halles METRO revenue
  • Welcome, listen to, and identify customer needs via physical, telephone, and omnichannel channels
  • Manage customer requests or connect them with the appropriate experts
  • Ensure the quality, reliability, and enrichment of the customer database
  • Execute the onboarding process for new customers and drive service activation rates

Requirements

  • Experience in customer relations and service sales
  • Strong organizational skills and rigor
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Field-oriented mindset with a preference for varied actions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a cool environment
