About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and monitor customer satisfaction to develop Halles METRO revenue
- Welcome, listen to, and identify customer needs via physical, telephone, and omnichannel channels
- Manage customer requests or connect them with the appropriate experts
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and enrichment of the customer database
- Execute the onboarding process for new customers and drive service activation rates
- Cooperate with different sales sectors to share best practices
Requirements
- Experience in customer relations and service sales
- Strong organizational and rigorous work methods
- Teamwork orientation and interpersonal skills
- Field-oriented mindset with a preference for varied actions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a cool environment
