About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process group requests for banquets and dinner-shows
  • Prepare quotes, contracts, and function sheets
  • Welcome clients and manage operational and logistical follow-up
  • Develop and retain client portfolios (companies, associations, etc.) through commercial and marketing operations

Requirements

  • Minimum Bac + 2 degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Leisure, or Sales
  • Approximately 2 years of experience preferred
  • Strong commercial sense and negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility regarding working hours
