About the role
Responsibilities
- Process group requests for banquets and dinner-shows
- Prepare quotes, contracts, and function sheets
- Welcome clients and manage operational and logistical follow-up
- Develop and retain client portfolios (companies, associations, etc.) through commercial and marketing operations
Requirements
- Minimum Bac + 2 degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Leisure, or Sales
- Approximately 2 years of experience preferred
- Strong commercial sense and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility regarding working hours
