About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a friendly, safe, and secure environment for all IKEA visitors and customers
  • Manage children's safety and cleanliness in Smaland and oversee amenities like the 1st Aid and Nursing rooms
  • Plan, coordinate, and follow up on IKEA Family and IKEA Family Kids Club activities
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to enhance the shopping experience
  • Record information, manage paperwork, compile statistics, and perform general housekeeping
  • Contribute to department action plans and deliver on assigned tasks

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with children and people
  • Ability to work independently and as a motivated team player
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to work retail shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
