About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide resolutions for customer enquiries and complaints including exchange, returns, refunds, and IKEA Family Member Card issues
  • Manage enquiries from walk-in and phone-in customers and provide service recovery
  • Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to resolve out-of-stock cases and manage cash on delivery cases
  • Implement department policies and procedures to ensure safety, security, and a positive shopping experience
  • Support the team through knowledge sharing and multi-skilling across functions

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to take initiative
  • Solution-oriented with good decision-making skills
  • Strong resilience and ability to work well in a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
