Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer service or customer relations
- Proven track record of developing successful customer service strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Customer service certifications
- In-depth understanding of customer experience management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
