About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor, update, and process all exchange agreements and material transactions in collaboration with multiple departments.
- Input and verify critical data including part numbers, traceability documentation, part condition, and delivery details to ensure compliance.
- Ensure all component exchange agreements are fully documented and compliant prior to transaction conclusion.
- Provide timely communication and status updates on daily transactions to both internal teams and customers.
- Monitor customer status reports and facilitate rapid issue resolution to maintain consistent information flow.
- Provide day-to-day internal support to assist with operational questions and smooth material processes.
- Support the Program Manager with program-level initiatives and execution tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to manage quotes, scopes, invoicing, and professional customer communication.
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience coordinating with internal teams such as production, QA, planning, and engineering.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
