Customer Relations Liaison

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for specific accounts and patients to ensure home healthcare needs are met.
• Respond to customer needs, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Consult with clients and referral sources regarding medical products and necessary equipment.
• Manage all follow-up functions, including obtaining required documentation for orders, service scheduling, and billing.
• Coordinate patient services with physicians and medical groups to enhance patient care.
• Perform timely follow-ups on initial and renewal authorizations, prescriptions, and outstanding documentation.
• Set up and deliver home healthcare products and services to patients.
• Provide basic instruction to patients on the use of respiratory, oxygen, and durable medical equipment.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• At least 2 years of related experience in customer relations or healthcare coordination.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to operate a vehicle for territory travel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
