Customer Relations Liaison

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for specific accounts and patients to ensure home healthcare needs are met.
• Respond to customer needs, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Consult with clients and referral sources regarding medical products and necessary equipment.
• Manage all follow-up functions, including obtaining required documentation for orders, service scheduling, and billing.
• Coordinate patient services with physicians and medical groups to enhance patient care.
• Set up and deliver home healthcare products and services to patients.
• Instruct patients on the basic use of respiratory, durable medical, and oxygen equipment as permitted by training and licensure.
• Operate a company vehicle or personally owned vehicle to perform essential job functions and territory visits.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• At least 2 years of related experience in customer relations or healthcare coordination.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally.

• Experience in the medical equipment or home healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
