Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive and joyful shopping experience for all IKEA visitors and customers
- Maintain department efficiency and cost-effectiveness for the IKEA store
- Handle customer issues efficiently and with empathy
- Actively work towards fulfilling the four tasks of the store
Requirements
- Currently pursuing tertiary education or in final semester
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Customer Service Management
- Must provide internship letter from academy and a resume
- Good communication skills and service-oriented
- Fluent in English
- Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality
