Responsibilities

  • Ensure a positive and joyful shopping experience for all IKEA visitors and customers
  • Maintain department efficiency and cost-effectiveness for the IKEA store
  • Handle customer issues efficiently and with empathy
  • Actively work towards fulfilling the four tasks of the store

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing tertiary education or in final semester
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Customer Service Management
  • Must provide internship letter from academy and a resume
  • Good communication skills and service-oriented
  • Fluent in English
  • Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality
