About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Trade Systems, and Risk teams to support seamless client integration and servicing
  • Liaise with Sales desks to support client account management and enhance overall engagement and experience
  • Support the management of external business relationships and related operational processes
  • Identify and support cross-selling opportunities across various desks and product lines
  • Maintain strong awareness of compliance obligations in all client-facing and operational activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in financial services
  • SFC Type 2 license or eligibility to obtain the license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with futures and options products
