Customer Quotation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed service quotations within agreed timeframes
• Manage customer enquiries and quotation requests from receipt to completion
• Liaise with Service Technicians, Field Service Managers, and customers to provide technical solutions
• Maintain accurate quotation records and customer information
• Follow up outstanding quotations to identify service sales opportunities
• Process customer orders and ensure clear communication throughout the sales process
• Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote and maintain a strong commitment to Workshop Health and Safety

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, administration, or quotation preparation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
• Experience in technical, service equipment, or automotive-related industries is highly regarded
