About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate Quality Operational activities for dedicated customers to ensure compliance with cGMP and customer requirements.
  • Act as the primary Quality Point of Contact for customers, attending weekly and monthly meetings to provide updates and quality information.
  • Perform record reviews of completed and in-process orders to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Assist with the investigation of Quality deviations and the drafting of associated investigation reports.
  • Identify, communicate, track, and resolve document-related issues with internal departments and customers.
  • Generate and present quality-related metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance.
  • Coach, train, and mentor QA Technicians and other staff members to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Assist with in-process/finished goods inspections, annual retain inspections, and customer complaint samples.
  • Develop, update, and implement procedural changes throughout QA Operations to standardize documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and superior communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
