Customer Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints and lead the problem-solving process, including providing immediate feedback and installing containment actions.
• Coordinate root cause analysis and countermeasure development, ensuring high-quality 8D reviews and presentations to customers.
• Oversee the collection, review, and submission of PPAP documentation.
• Monitor and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
• Identify and implement customer-specific requirements internally.
• Manage deviation requests and follow up to ensure timely customer approval.

Requirements

• Master or bachelor's degree in machine manufacturing, electrical technology, or mechatronics.
• 3-5 years of customer management experience, specifically with machining, stamping, forging, or electrical components.
• Proficiency in oral and written English.
• Strong knowledge of the 5 core tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP).
• Proven problem-solving skills using 8D, QC 7 tools, and 5Why methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
