About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive complex Radio Network projects from Design through Acceptance for ICT industry customers
  • Lead and empower local and global internal and external teams to ensure on-time delivery and profitability
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while raising and resolving critical issues
  • Manage change processes and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Optimize delivery processes by harvesting best practices and sharing knowledge
  • Promote a "one team" atmosphere and coach team members to support professional growth
  • Maintain a keen focus on project financials and cross-functional departmental support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
  • 2+ years of experience in Network Deployment Project Management (End-to-End: Design to Acceptance)
  • Experience with Site swap and Site modernization
  • Knowledge of Ericsson Network Rollout processes and deployment methodologies
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to create goal clarity and develop people
  • Strong communication skills for both working-level and executive-level customer interaction
  • Proficiency in using enterprise AI assistants to improve efficiency and effectiveness
