Customer Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) implementations, including IT solutions, capital equipment installation, and systems integration.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal and external clinical, technical, and sales teams to ensure aligned execution and project performance.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans using Philips Project Management Methodology, including risk management, stakeholder analysis, and resource management.
• Manage site readiness, project timelines, and dependencies to prevent delays and drive issue resolution.
• Communicate with stakeholders and third-party vendors through structured updates and governance rhythms.
• Monitor key business metrics such as inventory planning, project cycle time, forecast accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in direct project management, IT integration/implementation, or healthcare service delivery.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or the ability to obtain it within 18 months of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in project management, information technology, computer science, clinical field, or a related discipline.
• Ability to travel approximately 75% across the specified geography, including daily driving and occasional overnight stays.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
