Customer Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage specific project tasks from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Serve as a technical and operational liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with project managers to align deliverables with customer expectations and optimize project plans
• Analyze project data and metrics to provide insights for continuous improvement in project execution
• Document project risks, issues, and change requests, implementing mitigation strategies to protect timelines and budgets
• Support presales activities by helping to scope solutions and ensure implementation feasibility
• Participate in the integration and installation of products and services at customer sites
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and gather customer feedback to enhance future project practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or an equivalent field
• 4 to 10 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Service, or a related field
• Ability to travel up to 80%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory compliance and risk assessment
• Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and KPI management
• Proficiency in budget management and stakeholder management
• Expertise in project scope development and service operations
