About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) implementations, including IT solutions, capital equipment installation, and systems integration.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal and external clinical, technical, and sales teams to ensure aligned execution and high-quality customer experience.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans using Philips Project Management Methodology, including risk management, stakeholder analysis, and resource management.
- Proactively manage site readiness, timelines, and dependencies to prevent project delays and drive issue resolution.
- Communicate project status and key business metrics, such as inventory planning and revenue recognition, to all stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in direct project management, IT integration/implementation, or healthcare service delivery.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or ability to obtain within 18 months of employment).
- Bachelor's degree in project management, information technology, computer science, clinical field, or a related discipline.
- Ability to travel approximately 75% across the specified geography, including daily driving and occasional overnight stays.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders in a hospital environment.
