About the role
Responsibilities
- Guarantee alignment between contract and delivery through pre-sales CFR
- Establish and lead solid project plans to ensure successful execution
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Manage financial performance to ensure delivery meets target Unadjusted Margin
- Deliver projects within scope, budget, timeline, and ethical standards
- Oversee data accuracy to facilitate responsible and timely reporting
- Maintain compliance with group directives, legal, financial, and E+OHS requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management
- Strong financial acumen and program/project finance management skills
- Proficiency in data analytics and process management
- Excellent negotiation and consultative skills
- Ability to manage change and continuous improvement processes
- Understanding of service delivery business models
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
- Deep understanding of customer insights and relationship building
- Familiarity with the Ericsson portfolio and service delivery environments
