Customer Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Guarantee alignment between contract and delivery through pre-sales CFR
• Establish and lead solid project plans to ensure successful execution
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Manage financial performance to ensure delivery meets target Unadjusted Margin
• Deliver projects within scope, budget, timeline, and ethical standards
• Oversee data accuracy to facilitate responsible and timely reporting
• Maintain compliance with group directives, legal, financial, and E+OHS requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management
• Strong financial acumen and program/project finance management skills
• Proficiency in data analytics and process management
• Excellent negotiation and consultative skills
• Ability to manage change and continuous improvement processes
• Understanding of service delivery business models

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
• Deep understanding of customer insights and relationship building
• Familiarity with the Ericsson portfolio and service delivery environments
