Customer Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of telecommunications projects, including network rollout, migration, and infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, budget, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution.
• Act as the primary interface between customers, vendors, contractors, and internal delivery teams.
• Drive vendor and contractor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements and delivery commitments.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and lead project governance forums and steering committees.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Ensure all projects comply with contractual, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in telecommunications project delivery.
• Proven experience managing customers, vendors, and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of telecom network deployment, rollout, transmission, fiber, and infrastructure projects.
• Deep understanding of telecommunication network technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).
• Technical understanding of transport network technologies including IPRAN, DWDM, and Microwave.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent professional project management certification.
