Customer & Project Engineer - Quality Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage international projects and serve as the central point of contact for quality-related topics
• Develop and implement quality concepts for both new projects and ongoing series production
• Monitor and optimize existing quality processes to contribute to continuous improvement
• Take responsibility for complaint management, coordinating quality issues closely with customers
• Create inspection plans using the APQP approach and define deviation processes (e.g., Concession, VNCR, EPD)
• Systematically process and resolve occurring deviations

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable engineering qualification
• Sound knowledge of quality management and practical application of common methods
• Experience with the APQP process and technical project management
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken) for working in an international environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills with a structured, independent working style
