Customer & Project Comms Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-volume, cross-channel email and postal campaigns for workplace investing members.
• Translate client briefs into actionable data requests, creative briefs, and specific email/post formats.
• Design and develop member communication email templates to enhance delivery platforms.
• Coordinate with mailing houses and data teams to ensure communications are released on agreed dates and within regulatory notice periods.
• Perform rigorous quality control and accuracy checks on all member communications and plan literature amendments.
• Support strategic projects, corporate actions, and remediation needs to increase member awareness of pension plan changes.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-volume, quick-turnaround cross-channel email and postal campaigns.
• Experience working within a regulated financial services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop email templates.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on quality control and process accuracy.
• High level of initiative in problem-solving and information finding.
