About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customer program teams
- Manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, quality, cost, and performance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product
- Lead customer reviews, track progress, and manage risks and issues
- Maintain clear plans, timelines, and reporting for customers and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with the Global Account Manager to align execution with account strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in Program or Project Management, Technical Account Management, or a complex engineering/product environment
- Proficiency in Office 365 and other business/collaborative software tools
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and industrial technologies
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and programs
- Understanding of development and product life cycles
