Customer Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide hands on technical support within the Account Abstraction product vertical
• Deliver a stellar customer experience
• Scale support through internal tooling and runbooks and contribute to devX improvements
• Understand customer needs and how to meet unique challenges and goals
• Determine gaps and new features to iterate and improve offerings by partnering with internal teams
• Act as the voice of the customers and build ongoing relationships with complex stakeholders
• Drive referrals from customers

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a software development role
• Technical degree
• Experience and interest in Account Abstraction or Wallet Services
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues
• Strong communication and people skills for internal and external stakeholders
• Interest in technology, blockchain, and crypto

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with blockchain
• Experience founding a company or building side projects
• Experience working in startups
