About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the CHR (Café, Hotel, Restaurant) channel activation strategy for Diageo's spirits portfolio in France
  • Orchestrate large-scale activation plans to accelerate distribution, brand visibility, and prescription
  • Manage and develop a team of two Customer Planning & Activation Executives
  • Co-define activation strategies for the luxury CHR segment, integrating seasonal trends and premium consumption rituals
  • Execute activation plans for key luxury accounts, including hotels, palaces, and gastronomic restaurants
  • Collaborate with Advocacy and Brand Ambassador teams to build excellence in brand prescription
  • Manage the channel budget, ensuring rigorous investment allocation and ROI-driven decision-making
  • Monitor commercial performance and P&L to identify business opportunities and optimize brand performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing, activation, or customer marketing
  • Proven experience within the CHR, beverages, or FMCG sectors
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, investments, and ROI
  • Previous experience in team management and developing junior profiles
  • Strategic vision with the ability to connect brand excellence to commercial performance
  • Fluent French and professional English communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed, and multi-brand environment
