About the role

Responsibilities

  • Translate brand and commercial plans into actionable initiatives for Traditional Trade, including visibility, promotions, and activations.
  • Lead execution in point of sale to ensure correct implementation of materials and brand guidelines.
  • Develop and manage customer plans with key clients and distributors within the traditional channel.
  • Identify opportunities to grow distribution, visibility, and sell-out based on channel dynamics.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Brand, and external agencies to ensure high-quality, timely execution.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of activations, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Manage assigned budgets and resources for channel activations.
  • Drive key performance indicators such as sell-out growth, distribution gains, and visibility compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Commercial roles, preferably in FMCG or the spirits industry.
  • Strong understanding of Traditional Trade dynamics in Mexico (distributors, wholesalers, and independent retailers).
  • Proven experience in point of sale execution, activations, and visibility strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Native Spanish speaker with intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to work closely with field teams, distributors, and customers.
