Customer Payment and Credit Services Intern

Responsibilities

• Support daily collection activities for customers based in the UK and Ireland
• Assist in following up on overdue invoices via email, phone, and internal tools
• Provide customers with requested documentation such as invoices, statements, and payment confirmations
• Help identify and follow up on customer disputes by working with internal teams

Requirements

• Student or graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Fluent English (C1 level) both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• First experience (internship, student job, or junior role) in Finance, AR, AP, Credit, or Collections
• Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
