Responsibilities

  • Manage the full ticket lifecycle by triaging, debugging, and resolving issues alongside AI agents
  • Drive product adoption by building onboarding plans and setting value milestones for customers
  • Track usage trends and use anomaly signals to perform proactive outreach
  • Run enablement sessions and product walkthroughs tailored to customer use cases
  • Translate product usage into quantifiable business value and outcomes
  • Maintain multi-threaded relationships with executive sponsors and regular meeting cadences
  • Identify expansion opportunities and run formal renewal reviews

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as support engineering, solutions engineering, CSM, or TAM
  • Technically oriented with an understanding of APIs and distributed systems
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, CRM, workflow automation, or developer tools
  • Ability to own a large B2B portfolio end-to-end
  • Strong communication skills for running customer calls and writing RCA reports
  • Commercial awareness regarding ACV and utilization tracking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or high-volume support environments
  • Experience across both support and customer success motions
